When I first called Amazon about my property damage I was very unsatisfied. They just kept trying to refund me for my 10 dollar item. Then just kept saying I'm sorry it will never happen again. They also barely spoke English. I finally got them to say they would make a claim but they never did. Then I called again and they did actually make a claim. Once it got into the claims team, I never actually spoke to anyone. But I did recieve an email. I wasn't able to upload all the pictures and videos due to thier format to thier documents but it ended up not being a problem. They obviously got the jist of what had happened and approved my claim rather fast. Thank you for righting the wrong of your driver.

It did not seem like Amazon wanted to reimburse me and turned down my claim twice. They intentionally wasted my time going back and forth trying not to pay the claim.

I at first thought the initial evidence of what happened was enough to warrant the damages to be taken care of but once I sent the second email after being told I hadn’t provided enough proof of what happened you did the right thing and approved the claim so I am appreciative that it is resolved thank you.
