    The only thing I found frustrating was the delay of a week in issue of funds. When we contacted ARC to check on the status after the appraiser came to inspect the damage, they said they hadn't yet received their report. When we contacted the appraiser, he said he had sent it to them the same day. Other than that, I am over all satisfied with my experience with ARC.

    In the end I believe we were treated and compensated for the damage we incurred. The one thing missing that I was understanding was supposed to happen was having contact and a conversation with the adjuster. That never happened. Seems it should.
