Response to my claim for lawn damage was swift and efficient. My claim was settled without dispute and I received payment to cover costs of the repair. Thanks for your assistance.
It is exceedingly hard to find where to make a complaint on something that is not about merchandise. I am assuming that it is on purpose, but there should be an easier way to contact Amazon about a damage complaint done by a Prime delivery truck, even if inadvertent. I did receive compensation via a check in the mail and am completely satisfied in the end. Thanks to all the customer service people who helped get me satisfaction!
I would like to know if the driver was informed of the situation and how that was handled.

I didn’t like having to wait a couple days to hear from ARC, but once I did it was fairly smooth, expeditious, and painless transaction. It was unclear on the form what time of documents to submit in addition to a photo. Also I tried submitting more than one attachment at a time which isn’t possible.

I would have put strongly agree to everything, but it took me several phone calls to get to the correct person. When I submitted all my paperwork, I kept getting texts that said you needed more info.. But I’d sent you everything I had. This is the 3rd time such accident has happened to our complex… believe me when I say I know what to submit to you.. but. That being said, the last gentleman I spoke with was terrific and settled the claim immediately and it was completed. I think arc needs to have better internal communication.. thank you.
Although I do not yet have the check in hand, upon receipt I will be quite happy with how Amazon handled the claim. Joe S.
With video and got estimates right away from a company that was hear working anyway, that worked out quickly. Just awaiting the check and then company will come back and fix it for me.
For a very unfortunate circumstance I was very pleased with how everything was handled. The claim representative (Nicole Gloss) was very helpful and explained everything very well.

I had to email ARC because I hadn’t heard anything in a few weeks. Soon as I emailed I received an answer and the check the next day. Coincidence? Any way, happy with the outcome.
My claim was resolved promptly. the representative was very nice at AMAZON as well as at the CLAIM CENTER I was told it may take up to 10 business days but was resolved in 4 Hours. Thank you for the promp service
GC was provided as a solution to my claim but in US funds that I cannot use. It has been a week and still know one has reached out to rectify the issue.
