I was not experienced in sending emails and sending documents. It needs to be easier for us should I say us dummies. I talked to several different States by phone. Seems you should have someone to talk to directly in each State then have them deal with the claim for that person. Drivers if pulling into driveways need to be aware of what is behind them when backing out. What if there had been a child on a bike behind them. Guess trucks need camera back up visuals and beepers on them for safety. After I got all information to my agent you got on my claim promptly and I thank you for that. It was overall a nice and smooth process.
The only thumbs down is that I was not able to speak to the adjuster we kept missing each other and the various times I called it went right to voicemail and it was like that every day.
In the end I think ARC/Amazon did the right thing. I think we could have resolved quicker if the ARC rep had called me to discuss as I had requested. I had to call Amazon Customer Service, then be transferred to Logistics, then to Leadership who finally listened to me. I just wanted replaced what was damaged. Also, a good refresher with the drivers for Amazon would be to be more careful and do a walk around vehicle inspection to be sure what is around. It could have been my child instead of a basketball net. Thanks again for the time.

I have not received payment yet but was told it was approved. Do you mail it? Do you credit my account? I wasn’t clear on this. Also, I have no issue with accidents (the driver ran over my mailbox). I AM NOT OKAY with an employee who thinks it’s okay to destroy my property and drive away. Had the person told me what happened I would have had a lot more respect for him and may not have filed a claim. I hope that Amazon does not give their drivers the message that this behavior is okay in the interest of time?
I was very upset with the damage the Amazon driver made with the large delivery truck. I contacted Amazon and my report was taken, I was given a claim number, and the claim department contacted me. I filled out the form, sent pics and explained what happened. I was given a settlement amount, I accepted and was emailed that the claim has been processed. Just waiting for the check. Very efficient handling of my matter.
The claims process was easy and understandable.

The person handling my case was very professional and helpful. Usually companies try their best not to pay up when they damage property but not in this case. I felt like they wanted to help me and get my issue resolved.
Very straightforward. I estimated my damages, ARC made a reasonable offer and I accepted. Pretty simple. This is not on Arc, and the Amazon folks were all very apologetic, but an admission of stupidity or an apology from the driver would have been nice.
