I introduced the claim form promptly but it took a little bit too long to get feedback . Don't say a couple of days if it is 4 days ..

sending photos was difficult for arc to retrieve and I had to send them 3 times to get any action on my claim. Once the pictures were looked at by the adjuster all went well. Christine handled things very well and quickly very professional and pleasant to deal with

The adjusters were prompt, fair and professional
1) The amount received was less than expected, 2) No appraiser came to inspect the damage; 3) no opportunity was provided to negotiate the amount, 4) I doubt a masonry contractor could repair the damage for only $100 (what I received from you).
You didn't ask what I wanted. You really think I want to fix the ruts in my yard and reseed it?! YOUR driver messed up my yard, YOU should fix it. It's kinda a slap in the face that I have to get out there and correct YOUR mistake.
