    Once my claim was reviewed, I found it to be quickly processed. Speaking to the employees, was a pleasure, and they were very helpful. Thankfully we had security video and that sped the process along. It makes your job that much easier as well.

    Only issue for me is that you wanted an estimate on the form which needed to be submitted in 24 hours so I could only guesstimate which fell 100.00 below the actual coat but that was taken care of quickly. You should give a bit more time for an estimate. I had to get a labor charge, luckily my handyman was able to give one to me within 4 days. I do want to know that this delivery driver will not be doing anymore deliveries to my home!!!!

    I am pleased with the resolution of my claim by ARC. The communication was the best part of this experience. I would highly recommend to others to be mindful of getting as much info at the moment of any incident. (Drivers name, truck #, license plate #, video of driver & damage to property and try to have a witness to substantiate your claim. Overall I am pleased with ARC Claims in providing a settlement for damage to my property. Thank you

    I had a very good experience. I initially did not have an estimate to attach to the claim form so the original payment was a bit less than what it was going to cost. Once I emailed with the estimate, the payment was promptly updated. I received the e-check today. I hope I never have to make another claim, but it was a simple and painless process.

    The claim was settled for $200, but no one ever came out to look at the damage done to our yard. Our landscaper said it would cost at least $1800 to get dirt, seed, straw, and labor, to repair the damage done to the yard and to match the Bermuda grass that we have. The most the claim would pay was $200. So, this ended up costing me way more than it did anyone.

    The claim form was very difficult to load. Spoke to the Tech Representative; he advised that it would work best on a desktop or laptop computer, and to NOT use a phone or tablet. Used both and the form would not load. Tried numerous internet platforms (Safari, Chrome, etc.) to no avail. Finally used my phone on the off chance it worked. Phone pulled up the form in no time and worked perfectly.

    Not easy to tell if photos actually uploaded. They had to be sent as an attachment to an email request.

    It was quite time consuming uploading pictures. And even though the TBA number was provided which should have identified the driver and truck, ARC still wanted more. The first response from ARC made me feel like I was the perpetrator rather than a victim.
