Please not I only gave a less than excellent response here to the first two questions - only b/c I did not have to fill out a claim form. Overall I am very satisfied with the settlement that was agreed upon. I feel like the ARC Team listened to my side of the story, what little I was asking for, and resolved the issue in a satisfactory way.

I was very pleased with how Amazon resolved the issue of their driver destroying my mailbox. I feel like it was taken care of in a relatively painless way. If I had any complaints, it would be that I wish Amazon had a company that would come out and fix the damage rather than issuing a check and have me go through the process of finding a contractor. I didn't necessarily have a desire to even see any money, I just wanted it fixed. Finding contractors takes time and patience. But thank you for resolving the issue, and please teach the drivers that turning around those big trucks in the middle of a narrow street is a bad idea.

I was happy with the promptness and outcome of the claim,
Amazon dropped the ball initially when the driver notified his supervisor that the accident had occurred and that I would be contacted by Amazon about a claim. No one called or emailed me after 10 days, so I called Amazon. No record seemed to exist. So an Amazon employee took all the info and promised that an insurance adjuster would contact me. I received an email the next day from Claims. The process worked smoothly after that. The most important part was that the Amazon driver rang our doorbell to tell us that he had run over our landscape light. He called his supervisor in our presence and reported the accident, but the system would have failed w/o our persistence when no one contacted us initially. Experience should have been more seamless.

The customer service in handling my dispute was absolutely amazing! I spoke with 3 different people who helped me and made me feel that my complaint was important and wanted it to be rectified. We were attended with our claim right away. All the people I have talk to via email and over the phone were all professionals. More power to Amazon.
While perhaps not entirely related to ARC, the process was slow to start and it was unclear if anything was going to be done without repeated follow up by me. However, once I submitted the claim the process was very quick and went smoothly. One thing I was not pleased with, however, was the initial text, instructing me to log onto the portal. The text had no introduction and it was not 100% clear who it was coming from and if it was legitimate or a phish. I sent a reply text asking for more information but no one responded. Based on the timing of the text and the claim number, which began with AMZ, I decided it was probably legitimate and went to the portal, but a little more information would have been appreciated. In any event, overall the claim process was a positive experience.
Originally was told there was nothing to do, despite having video proof of the driver messing up my yard, but after responding again was given a different and appreciative outcome to resolve the issue. Very pleased.
Now if the logistics companies that Amazon’s uses would just train their drivers that it is NOT ok to pull in people’s yard all would be great.
