The initial contact by phone was difficult due to not understanding the persons heavy accent. I finally got someone who who spoke clear English and directed me one what to do. I was very pleased with the quick response to my emails and text messages and my claim was processed in a shot time. Thank you.
The initial reporting of the damage took a 25 minute phone call in which the rep documented my claim; then a text said an email had been sent from ARC, but it wasn't sent; then it took more of my time to complete the online claim form and upload pictures, all totaling at least an hour of my time. This doesn't count the time it will take me to get a plant from a nursery next spring when they can get one and then more time for me to plant it. I'd say Amazon got quite the bargain and I got the headache. I'm not at all happy with the Amazon driver.

I do alot of business with Amazon, and I usually don't have an issue. But this time. The driver went to my neighbors house, and instead of turning around and coming up our driveway, they just went right through the grass! It was a rainy, wet day, and they tore up our grass and left tire ruts. We will get this repaired, but the drivers need to be more careful. I'm pleased with the outcome.
