so far the response has been very good but I have not received the check yet. they did say it will be coming in a week so we will see. I need to buy another light that was broken by the driver. I hope the driver was reprimanded for his carelessness

I was unable to submit documentation via your form because the photo and video files were too large, so I had to submit them separately via email. Then I never heard anything and had to follow up. The response indicated that the person had not reviewed the documentation and so I had to resend the photos,

There was a delay when initial representative left the company. I had to call to find out why nothing was being done with the claim. After reaching out my claim was processed promptly. Would have been better if I was contacted once rep. was no longer involved.

The turnaround time on the claim was very fast. I was thrown a curve with one email asking for a video of the damage happening which was impossible since the Amazon driver didn’t tell me about it until after the damage was already done. Other than that, the process went smoothly.

Monica was outstanding. Took only a few days to get settled. Took two months for Cox cable to correct a problem with their personnel and never did get a call from their claims department despite my daily call to try to get someone to talk to me. Hats off to Amazon and ARC!!!!
