The interactions were very nice. I was not sure as to why they were able to reimburse some of the expenses but not all of the expenses, but I am thankful for what they reimbursed. It was the largest expense.

I was a little miffed to be told in an email that I needed to provide video of my driveway showing the Amazon employee driving over my newly planted yard. I've not had a need to video my driveway but I guess I need to consider that if I continue to order from Amazon given they don't train their drivers on how to drive the big delivery vans. Luckily the ARC agent called me to discuss and the matter was resolved within a few days.

I was surprised at how efficient and fast the team was in resolving my issue and the overall ability to take a form of accountability for the incident. The communication was consistently kept up with!
Overall, I am strongly appreciative of how mostly easy this was. The initial conversations were professional other than difficult to understand the extreme verbal accents. The wait for adjuster Nicky Goss to send me information was excessive (10/13/21 to 10/22/21) I felt but once I was called by Nicole it was handled easily and professionally with clear understanding, appropriate empathy while she still protected the company. She made the experience end very well. Thank you!
My only disappointment was that either the driver that was involved with the damage, or his supervisor failed to report the issue. We were told by the driver that someone would be in touch with us, but no contact was made until we reached out to Amazon ourselves. Otherwise, action was prompt and the person I spoke with was very polite and helpful.

The $4.95 service charge to process a check is crazy high. The cost there to you is almost nothing. If you are going to charge service fees put this in the payment options before you pick one to start the process. Other than that the process was very quick and easy.

I was thankful for the timeliness that the investigated and resolved the damage to my property. But I was surprised that they didn't reimburse all of my expense to repair the damage, literally shorting me ~$7.00. $7 wasn't worth haggling over, but really? Why not cover all of my expense? It was YOUR driver that damaged my basketball backboard and rim. Go figure. Anyway, thanks for putting this incident behind me.
