It was a good experience filing the claim. I should have not have to fIle a claim if Amazon trained their drivers properly and respect property. Poor decisions by this particular driver was the cause and I hope no one else has to endure what I had to deal with. Thank you for you quick response
It seemed as though Amazon handle this claim fairly swiftly and efficiently thank you. My only issue is that I did not get any information as to whether the driver who hit my truck and drove off was reprimanded.

The communication went dead for a week, and I couldn't submit the video of the incident due to file size limits of the upload, but other than that everything went fine.
Very efficient and straight forward process. Only issue is that I first attempted to report the problem via the customer service chat bot and they could not understand the issue (kept wanting to refund my order) and did not refer me to the right place. Once I requested a phone call and talked to a living person the issue was addressed quickly
