The amazon driver accidentally hit the gate as he was exiting my driveway and knocked it down. The cost for replacing it was $1200. Amazon claims responded quickly after I submitted the requested documentation. I received an e-mail today that my claim had been approved. and that I would be receiving a check in about a week. I am very satisfied with Amazon's prompt and courteous response.
Assuming the check comes as promised, I am happy with the resolution!
