My initial contacts with Amazon.com were extremely frustrating. They took my information but did not contact me as promised and did not give me a claim number. HOWEVER, once I had a claim number and got in touch with ARC, everything changed for the better. Mariela was smart, professional, and courteous. She was very detailed with her requests for information and processed my claim quickly and efficiently. It is entirely due to Mariela that I have given ARC top ratings in all categories. Amazon.com, on the other hand, was pathetically incompetent.
ARC is pleasant to work with. They are also efficient.
