We had damage to our property due to the Amazon driver getting stuck. Despite that he had to call for his people to send out a tow truck and the tow truck driver had to submit a report, I still felt like the "burden of proof" rested on me to submit. I'm glad it is now resolved. Thank you.

My biggest problem was finding the place to go with my claim on the Amazon website.... it took me an hour hunting to find a way to report my issue and get a claim form. That’s my only complaint. Once I found someone who could link me up, it went like smooth butter!
