I never received confirmation that my claim was submitted with verification of how long the process would take. I sent an email 3-4 weeks after submitting claim inquiring about how long it would take. I then called to ask about it and finally got results. Rep was very polite and claim was approved that day and I've since received two email confirmations.
The ARC group did an outstanding job resolving my issue. A lot better than I expected. It was a pleasure working with the ARC reps. Thank you ARC.
