Accidents happen. They are not pleasant. I was annoyed that I had to deal with damage to my property. The people I spoke to at ARC were pleasant, polite and helpful and made a negative experience as good as it could possibly be.

It took extra time due to inclement weather for better pictures and with quarantine due to covid. However, I believe even with these circumstances, we managed well!
