It took a while. I had to submit pictures 3 different times. Overall satisfied with the outcome. It would have been a lot easier if the driver would have admitted fault.

ARC definitely got me compensated for the damage to my car, though it took a little longer than I would have liked, but the whole situation could’ve been avoided had Amazon hired competent drivers. The driver who hit and ran my car and who also almost ran my neighbor and her dog over while leaving the scene should not be making deliveries anymore. Someone could have been seriously injured or killed. Not acceptable.

Thank you for the damage cost but, I never included the cost for grass seed.
ARC needs to better coordinate with Amazon Customer Service to provide a seamless process to the claimant. Because of the lack of coordination between the two companies, I was forced to file a claim twice which is a tremendous waste of my time.
Initially, I was told to contact the wrong Debbie, but once I got in touch with Debbie Ream, she was able to resolve my claim in a timely manner and she was a pleasure to deal with.
