After I selected form of payment I was told the adjuster would reach out again within 2 days to finalize payment. I heard nothing for about a week and followed up. The response to my follow up was misunderstood. So I had to follow up again to ask status of finalizing my claim. My claim has since been finalized.

I found it a difficult to get to ARC. Amazon was tough to figure out my way to get to ARC, so totally not on y'all. When I did get the claim submitted, I was hopeful for a quicker response from the adjuster. I actually never spoke with our assigned adjuster - I went on the chat to get a phone number to call. Once I was able to get in touch, I spoke with Nikki and she watched the video of the driver and promptly submitted the claim for payment. I elected for the e-check, but my mobile app wouldn't recognize that check so I had to drop it at the bank. Again, not your fault, but perhaps look at alternative payment methods?
Not sure that the settled amount will restore my floor when I get estimates and the work is completed.
I have zero complaints about this process.

Someone should have came out to look at damage . Compensation should have considered the labor cost and 2 evergreens. The $100 just covered cost of trees. If I was not fortunate to have video of Amazon truck you would not have believed me. Disappointed in Amazon.

I had dealt with you previously on the same type of Amazon claim and it was a nightmare. This experience was exceptional.
The biggest problem was trying to figure out how to contact Amazon. Once I figured that out everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful. Situation was resolved quickly.
