The local Amazon office made it confusing by coming out but not being the one responsible for the claim. The seemed to not want to take ownership but deflect responsibility. The main Amazon person and ARC were great.

I was given an $250 flat rate due to no actual pictures of driver running over pipe but emails of the time it took place and after pics clearly shows facts. Pipe & address sign was much more than $250. It took $250 & $150 to replace.
