I’m absolutely floored at how efficient and easy this process was. It took me a month to just get the owner of the company that hit me to respond to me. The emails were prompt. Once ARC received everything that was needed, a fair compensation was awarded followed by notification that the amount in a gift card had been applied to my account. ARC was on top of getting the claim resolved.
My claim included the garage door replacement but not the repainting. My emails went unanswered.
I thought after reading other reviews that this was going to be a situation where I was going to be fighting to get a fair and timely response to the damages as well as a fair resolution. I am happy to say all the communication was timely and the matter was resolved quickly and fairly. Although upset about the damage the Amazon driver did, you guys did your best to resolve it for me fairly. Thank you!
For part of the communication … was done by a I. Hard the go through the motions till reaching a person.
Once I was directed to ARC my claim was handled efficiently. The problem I experienced was front line delivery personnel not knowledgeable of how to handle the process. They indicated they would take care of it but never did. I finally was able to get an Amazon Customer Service Agent to connect me with ARC.

I was quite pleased with the professionalism, and quick response....only complaint was I couldnt send via the form as it kept saying my email wasnt valid, so had to directly email the person with whom I was dealing.
