Although my incident was unfortunate the process of receiving financial restitution for damages could not have been better. Thank you for the quick responses and ease of payment.
Now if only the drivers could do this well. This was the third time they have messed up my yard. I only filed claims for two.
My claim was quickly resolved and an e-check was e-mailed to me promptly once I sent statement of occurrence and pictures of property damage.
ARC Team was fine to deal with but I only received a partial payment for the broken item. This is unsatisfactory but I guess it’s all I can do. Pretty cheap policy for Amazon.
Kind service, as well as prompt timing with the settlement.. Clearly a professional staff that handled an accident.

I was initially on the phone for 23 minutes to report the incident. During that time I needed to be transferred, but I wasn't on hold for more than two minutes, maybe! After I submitted the claim, I waited two to three days to call the ARC claims #, left messages, no responses. I was getting frustrated, So I did call another Amazon Customer Service # and finally got a response. The representative did find my claim # and explained the next few steps in the process, After, three days I did receive the check for my claim. I am very satisfied the ARC team and how my claim was handled.
