I was initially on the phone for 23 minutes to report the incident. During that time I needed to be transferred, but I wasn't on hold for more than two minutes, maybe! All parties I spoke with Wednesday evening were professional and efficient in handling the matter. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with considering the circumstances. After I submitted the claim, I waited two to three days to call the ARC claims #, left messages, no responses. I was getting frustrated, So I did call another Amazon Customer Service # and finally got a response. The representative did find my claim # and explained the next few steps in the process, After, three days I did receive the check for my claim. I am very satisfied the ARC team and how my claim was handled.
