I believe the amount given was unfair as I will still have to come up with extra money aside from the Staggering $200 check I will receive. Overall I am not happy at all with the outcome of this situation.

Overall the claim process was easy. What I found hard was even finding the contact information to report an issue I am just glad my issue was minor in the scope of things I also hope the drive was spoken to and told not to drive on peoples lawns
I didn't get a response for a couple weeks and had to call to follow up. The follow up resulted in a quick resolution though. Overall good experience, but not having to reinitiate things from my end would have been nice.
unfortunately, I had to send the same pics & details several times & even push hard to get this approved-it seemed like I was getting push back to validate this. I know that the Amazon driver did this as they have done 2 other times in the last 2 years.(hit my well casing ) I don't like to go thru this either - I recently put up a sign halfway down my driveway telling all Amazon drivers to not go down to the bottom of my driveway & leave the packages in a bin I have by the sign. Hopefully this will be the last time I have this problem with their deliveries. Thanks, Phil
Communication is HORRIBLE! I was given a number to call that is not answered. It goes straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails that were not returned. I sent multiple emails that were not returned. I only received service when I called for close to the 75th time and someone actually picked up the phone. I lost one month due to non-communication.
To be honest I was expecting a long, painful process with a lot of follow up phone calls and constant run around from the Amazon claims department. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. From the beginning when I called Amazon claims, to the time my claim was settled I received prompt responses, was given the opportunity to provide my documentation of the damage and what happened, and received a settlement that I believe was fair within a week. Thank you for supporting your customers

Other than computer glitches and me being computer illiterate on my end, Amazon could NOT have been more helpful and considerate. It was an Awesome experience. Amazon actions were seamless and unbelievably Professional. I Salute All involved, Dutch.
I tried sending pictures a number of times in a number of different formats. It was frustrating that they could never view the photos. More communication about how to submit photos or in what format would work would have been helpful. Offering a designated website to upload could have helped instead of emailing them.
