I should have had all 8 lights replaced as they won't match the brightness. My mistake not to request all 8 be replaced. Although I explained one of 8 was damaged so I would have thought Amazon would have replaced all 8. Other than that, it was fine

Very easy process. Submitted the claim on a Saturday and by Tuesday the issue was resolved and I had frequent communication over a weekend. Very impressed

Don’t fire the driver over this incident….
It was a very smooth and fast process. Only hiccup was I originally tried loading the pictures and tax form via my cell phone I had to use a desk top otherwise everything was great

When I originally spoke to someone, I was never informed to take specific photos or keep the damaged item. My photos did not upload properly originally., although it showed on my end they did. This was definitely a frustrating experience. I am appreciative of the outcome. If at the beginning of speaking to someone on the phone it was stated exactly what is needed would be much easier. Thank you.
I really wanted the driver to come fix the property instead of the monetary compensation.
