Several initial communications at the start were a little confusing but able to navigate and received relatively prompt responses. Claim was resolved satisfactorily.

Only suggestion I would make is that when payment is issued that it mentions as to how payment was issued eg: cheque or electronic payment. But other than that it was hassle free.

The ONLY issue -- it was a bit of a challenge to figure out the proper initial point of contact. One of my employees spent some time; had a couple of conversations with amazon rep that got her nowhere. I spent sometime on the amazon site; finally found the right number and that got the process going. Short of that -- no issues.
