    The email communication from ARC doesn't reference Amazon anywhere and looks like Spam. Seems like it could be branded a bit better and more professional/official. Otherwise, ARC was great at communicating quickly.

    Amazon was hard to contact, but as soon as I uploaded a photo/video of property damage, it seemed like 5 different Amazon entities, including ARC contacted me for information. It was overwhelming. After I realized who I needed to talk to it was straightforward, but at first it was stressful, then overwhelming before it became clear.
