    This was my first time with something like this. I was saddend by the Damage the Amazon Driver did to my Property and his complete disregard. But I called right into Amazon and explained it all and they processed my claim quickly. Then I got the form from ARC and it was simple and easy to fill out and process and I sent it in and received an email confirmation. I did hit one Obstacle but after explaining what happen in better detail ARC Processed my Claim quickly and to my satisfaction and sent me the Check which I received around 2:30pm Eastern TIme and I Printed it without any issue and did a Mobile Deposit. I hope the Bank Process's it quickly without any concerns. Overall my Experience with ARC was very Pleasant and Efficient with an excellent outcome. Sincerely, Jeff Clark

    I found it difficult initially to file a claim because we were filing as a property group - not a customer with an account. Once I made it through several levels of supervisors I was directed to someone who was able to direct me to the right place. I think that having a claims phone number, or training employees to understand that sometimes the property damage ensued by an amazon driver is not on the customer's property.

    Claims wants to send me an eCheck. I asked for a paper check. I do not have a computer or a printer , only this iPhone. So it looks like I won’t get the paper check and the eCheck won’t work. Therefore I will be paying for this repair out of my own pocket. I won’t enjoy that but I am not going to fiddle around with this business anymore. Ed Moore

    It took a couple of hoops to get through but in the end we were able to resolve this. Unfortunately, ARC came back with an "offer" that was less than the cost of what it took to get this repaired. Unfortunately, with gas prices and minimums, my landscaper has a $200 minimum for repair work. I was at least able to use Amazon goods to replace the damaged items. I did not appreciate the low-balling and delays but happy you were able to get this resolved. I also hope that some remedial training has been made for this particular driver--to make sure they don't attempt a 9-point turn around again like that. Thanks for taking care of this.

    I kept getting emails saying the claim would be denied if I didn't provide pictures or video. I submitted photos on the original claim form as well as to 4 subsequent emails. I never got confirmation of receipt but did get an email saying the claim had been approved. I was frustrated by you all not getting the pictures when I was attaching them but....grateful it all worked out. Overall it wasn't a difficult process.

    Overall this was a very efficient and easily understood process. The best part was the having a claims specialist assigned and the ARC team being available by phone to answer all my concerns and questions. This was a great customer experience blending technology and actual people. Many thanks.
