Took awhile between adjuster sending me email and said several business days to get back with me. Almost 3 weeks went by and finally heard back once I emailed them. You all had a video of the incident and should have been handled easily and quickly. Unfortunately your drivers continue to now drive into my yard off of my driveway, I just dont get it..

Could not give a positive rating for the first question 1 because I contacted Amazon on the day the incident occurred. I received voice confirmation that someone will be contacting me in few days to open a claim and that was followed up with an email to confirm my phone call. Waited 2 weeks and finally I had to call Amazon back to start a claim. After that everything went smoothly.

This was handled very promptly.
My only problem with the process is that I received multiple requests for the form to be completed, but never anything after you acknowledged you received the forms. I emailed 4-5 days after I received acknowledgment to verify it was still in progress and not lost somewhere or something else was needed.

I was disappointed when ARC Team first stated they could not move forward with the claim, but a couple of weeks later I received an email from ARC letting me know that my claim was approved and that damaged caused by a Prime driver would be reimbursed. So happy ARC followed up on my claim.
