Overall, I was pleased with the people at Amazon customer service (Olan) and with the ARC representative Alina. She was very helpful when the claim form got rejected. Finally. The adjuster was very professional and really listened to me and I think very thorough in her assessment of the damage. My wife and I appreciate everyone's help. Thanks to all!
Of course, I would’ve liked to have been compensated in total based upon the cost I was quoted by the pressure washing company. Coming up with $300 out of my pocket will be hardship, especially because the damage is caused by another.

I did have trouble with the claim form, finding it, and filling it out. Stephanie contacted me and helped me with that and kept in touch by email. She was very courteous and I appreciate the swift handling of my claim.
I had a little trouble submitting the pictures, as they were sent in a google doc and apparently you are not able to open them. Maggie H. was very helpful in resolving the issue and I was able to send the pics to her. No other issues. Thank you for resolving my claim promptly.

It would be nice to interact through phone call with the person handling the claim. In the beginning I felt communication get lost when back and forth with emails.
