My first phone contact with customer service was great. Agent was helpful, listened and passed me on to the claims department. My first contact with claims went very well. I was advised to send in the claim for the damages and then the emails stopped. After a couple of weeks I finally got a response back and the claim moved forward. Claim was resolved and now I can get my building repaired. The claim form was interesting that Amazon was denying responsibility and basically said they were paying this off as a basic nuisance. I thought that was wrong but I wasn't looking for anything other fixing my building. So I accepted and signed off on it.

Took a lot of time and effort from start of the problem until submitting claim form with all needed details and supporting information. After submitting, the process was more efficient. I had to contact Amazon after the property damage occurred. No one from Amazon, locally or elsewhere, made me aware this had happened. I learned of the incident from my neighbor who luckily witnessed the driver running over our basketball hoop. So I am not happy with that part of the situation, but the claim process itself wasn’t too bad, other than taking longer than expected to complete.
I was unable to use the claim website. Wouldn't let me past the disclaimer, but was able to proceed via telephone.

It was a surprisingly painless process definitely would recommend.
I was skeptical at first when the ARC agent (no name given) asked me for further documentation and videos to identify the driver who caused the damage, even after I supplied the TBA number. But after I sent a photo of the actual delivery label, the claim was approved and I received the payment. Much relieved and thank you.
The hardest part was to have Amazon pass the case to ARC for resolvement.
The entire process of submitting my claim, receiving a response and proposed compensation was superb! From the moment I spoke with an Amazon representative to explain the process, I felt the concern and understanding of my situation. The follow-up from the ARC team continued the excellent customer service. My sincere thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!

When one of A's drivers damaged our car I got it touch w/ A and the call went very nicely. He put me in touch with Claims, who sent me the forms, etc. I filled out the form, sent in pics of the damage and sent in an estimate to repair it. Ultimately I got a terse email stating I had to supply pictures or video of the actual damage while it occurred! Ridiculous. But when I called up last night and got transferred to the resolution dept? the lady was very courteous and promptly decided that a check for the repair should be sent to me. She was outstanding and restored my faith in A....but the process was a bit tortuous. If I hadn't had disputed the A request for video, it might have been a different conclusion.
