Amazon is amazing! We thought our lawn was a total loss. We though we had paid too much already and then before it had the chance to get strong they ruined that whole area. Being that Amazon is a huge corporation we assumed all was lost but Amazon surprised us. We are forever grateful and amazon will continue to be our favorite place to shop! Thanks guys! The whole experience was so much better and easier than we thought.
When initially contacting Amazon I tried the chat option. The operators at the Amazon end were unable to understand what my complaint was about. I told them numerous times that my lawn and driveway were damaged by the driver and they kept asking which item number the driver damaged. It wasn’t until I called in that I was able to reach someone who was able to properly assist me. After that things went along smoothly.
I had a great experience and I really appreciate how kind every agent was. It was very easy to submit everything and communication was open.
It is incredibly difficult to reach someone at Amazon to make a damage claim. I was shuffled between 3 online chats, two phone calls, and then to a supervisor at Amazon logistics before I was allowed to make a claim. Once the claim process was started, filling out the claim information was straightforward. The ARC person was very slow to process the claim - I don't know if that is because of her work load or she just works very slowly. The speed in which claims are reviewed should not take five weeks. For comparison, it took three weeks to process a claim when someone totaled my vehicle. That was from claim filing to check in hand.
Because my husband was hospitalized during the processing of this claim, I had to delay it. I appreciated the kindness and patience with me completing it during this time and also appreciate the claim being paid. Thank you.

Not sure of all the negative reviews my interaction from beginning to end was handle professionally I spoke to people on the phone each time who was pleasant and helpful and the entire process was complete in approximately 8 days..thnxxx

I had only minor issues with being able to access my claim status and they were addressed quickly. Overall, I had a very positive experience in dealing with an unfortunate occurrence.
Once a quote was submitted never heard from adjuster on next steps. Sent two times via email. I called a few weeks later to get the claim resolved with someone other than my claim rep.
Very happy with my interaction and prompt service. Their ability to stay in touch with me throughout the entire process was very easy And I appreciate everything everyone in their department has done in order to get this matter resolved.
