Up to the point where I signed all the requested forms, ARC responded in a timely manner. After that it went quiet. I called at least 3-times to get the status of when the check would be sent. The last person I talked with made the effort to expedite the payment. Having said that all the people that I talked with were very courteous and helpful.

No one reached out after I filed the claim, I called twice and left messages and no one returned my calls. I spoke with Amazon a 2nd time and they assured me that it was being handled and still nothing, I had to send an email and finally got a response. From the time I filed the claim on 2-27-22, I finally received payment 3-9-22. I just wish there had been a little more communication.
