Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I will admit that I didn’t understand that accepting the claim didn’t include the rental car option that was originally described. Other than that everything was better than expected.

After 10 days waiting on a response from amazon, I called again to check status of my claim and had to start the process all over. After the second attempt, my claim was processed quickly. I had trouble with the third party "Deluxe checks" depositing my check but was able to eventually make the deposit.

HI, a contact phone number would be helpful but also the driver of the Amazon truck should have told me that damage was done to my property not just drive away. Thanks for your help.

After an initial period of phone tag, I was able to get resolution for my claim. The claims agent was personable and did her best to have the payment compensated.
