    My initial experience was not so great. No communication. When I finally reached Monika, my experience changed. She was wonderful, efficient and very knowledgeable of her role.

    On the positive, I’d rate the phone conversations I had with my adjuster Karina Morales 10 out of 10. She was friendly, professional, and promptly acted to move the claim to resolution. The negative: Response to emails - 2 out of 10. For example, ARC sent me an email on 12/15/21 advising they’d received my claim document and supporting video evidence and that someone would reach out in 24 business hours (I assumed within 3 days). When no contact in roughly 3 weeks, I followed up with an email on 1/3/22 and 1/10/22 requesting status. On 1/12/22 ARC responds with a settlement amount. The negative: Response to ARC Phone No. - 0 out of 10. 6 (of 8) calls I made to that number were not responded to although the message says “someone will contact you shortly”. Those calls were made 1/24 (1), 1/27 (1), 2/1 (3), 2/3 (1). The calls Karina answered on 1/10 and 2/3 resulted in immediate action toward resolution.

    I am awaiting the check from ARC to permit me to take my car to the auto-body shop for repair. When the check arrives and my car is repaired, I will be able to say that ARC handled my claim and resolved my issue to my satisfaction and within a six week time frame.

    Received payment today February 5th 2022. Very Timely thank you may I suggest drivers remain on the road when delivering same as postal UPS and fedex.l and this could be avoided in the future. Sorry to see Prime rates taking such a big jump especially when Amazon has been having Banner years

    Outstanding handling and resolution. Alena was a true professional in the handling of my claim. It was a pleasure to work with her in resolving my claim that occurred as far back as 10-16-2021.. I want to thank ARC in bringing this to resolution. I also would like to credit ARC in keeping your local delivery management honest! Rather than "stone walling " me in pursuit / ownership of fault, they should of stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue. They are not a credit to the Amazon name!

    It is winter in Wisconsin so we will have to wait to install new mailbox and stand. ARC handled our complaint quickly and fairly. Still waiting for check but w imagine it will show up soon.

    It was very difficult to get to the right person at Amazon in order to submit the claim. Once the claim was forwarded to ARC it was handled efficiently.
