The interface was a little wonky. Even though I uploaded pictures and video in several attempts on the Initial intake form, I still had to be contacted via email and submit them through the email process. Great support from the agent today; however, I did encounter an issue where my claims adjuster left ARC and my case did not get properly reassigned. All sorted out though and overall a great experience resolving my issue.
Only gained traction after I reached out four days after submitting all documentation. That was disappointing.
