    It took quite a few phone calls for Amazon to get me to the right people. The first claim was never responded to but once we got the second claim rolling it fell into place.

    To be honest - I felt before I called that I would get the typical big-corporation runaround. I was pleasantly surprised, and it sincerely restored by faith and confidence in Amazon. Thank you for your prompt attention and quick resolution. I will continue to be loyal to Amazon as a customer.

    The initial claim was denied for reasons that were not valid. Emails over a month's time did not solve anything. I t was cumbersome to followup with Amazon and demand to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor, however, was very efficient and contacted the insurance company used. Within a couple of days a $500 check appeared in my email. All in all, I am satisfied. it was a fair settlement t for the property damage I incurred.

    I was pretty happy with having a claim paid out for my incident regarding an Amazon driver. The reviews I read online pertaining to the service of ARC didn't give me the most confidence in having a payout or even being contacted at all after filling my claim. However, I was willing to find out for myself and was glad to see things worked out. I also called their customer service line and the person who took my call was very helpful and gave me a completely different impression than what I saw on the reviews within Google. Thank you ARC for your help!

    There was damage to my front yard. I have gotten one estimate so far that is $550 to repair what was damaged. I was offered 150 dollars for the repair the most I was told Amazon was gonna pay was $300 so I guess is going to cost me $250 to repair the damage that Amazon‘s driver caused to my front yard. I feel that this is totally ridiculous and poor business practice from Amazon when you mess up someone else’s property you pay to fix it not what you deem is fair to fix it. I have called several companies and no one except for one or even respond to my call to come out and repair what needs to be done in my front yard. I am told that side is extremely hard to come by and to pick up eight pieces of sod is almost impossible and everyone has a minimum to come out to your home and do any work. I am very disappointed in the way I’ve been treated from Amazon but I guess when you’re a big business you can treat people however you want and we have no repercussions because it is not enough money to try to sue someone. Way to go Amazon great company .

    At one point, I was told that I needed to prove that the damage to my stairs was caused by the guys who delivered and set up my treadmill. Apparently before reaching out to the company to ask them if they did it. That’s not how this should have been handled. Ultimately, a check was cut pretty fast.
