Thank you. I responded to my adjuster Ms. Barth thanking her for her quick , efficient manner in which she assisted me.
I appreciate how promptly my claim was initiated. However, the claim form asked for the total amount of property damage which I filled out. It does not take into account the cost of the install of a new post and mailbox that I will now have to pay someone to repair the damage. I was under the impression that I would be hearing from a claims specialist where I could inquire about how the cost of paying someone to install the new mailbox and post would be handled.
Amazon took a week and two attempts on my part to send the claim to ARC but once that was done,it went smoothly

The method of payment was terrible. The bank (bank of America) had a hard time processing it, IN PERSON. No mobile deposit, no ATM deposit. With Covid, only 9-4 M-F.

I did not receive the full amount of my claim. However, I am "somewhat satisfied" with the amount given.

ARC was great in every aspect of the transaction. Amazon claim Dept was lousy.
i think this whole thing is bullshit. You have a multibillion dollar company. One of their dumb ass drivers tear up my yard. If I had to pay someone to fix it the cost would be much more that what you are going to pay me. I should not have to fix my own yard.

I can't imagine the stuff you guys have to put up with on a daily basis. I think you did what you had to do. Would it have been more efficient if you would have asked for an estimate sooner? Hopefully you run into more of us who just want it fixed. Good luck people.

I understand why it has taken so long, and I still haven't received my check. People today are looking for an easy buck. All I was looking for was to have my lawn fix properly.
