I am very satisfied with the process. I had real people to talk to and email to follow up. The only thing I would suggest is ask for an actual not a guess as to damages. You have to guess at an amount before the claims form can be submitted.

Except for the fact I kept getting e-mails that they couldn’t process my claim without proof Amazon had something to do with the damage….after I submitted the video and pictures three (3) times. Only resolved after I called and spoke with a person. She was very nice and helpful. She got it squared away very quickly.
