It took over two months to get ahold of someone who would actually help me file a claim. Every amazon representative told me there was nothing they could do. It took pleading with someone to finally be transferred to Stephanie Barth, who helped tremendously. It shouldn't have taken that long to be transferred to someone who could help.
I have had two prior claims for the same issue (driving over new grass in our yard, not staying on the driveway) and the compensation was $100 and $125, respectively. The most recent incident was worse than the other two, with a delivery driver driving through the yard, creating ruts, spinning their tires on new grass, going through the snow, through the grass and down to the top soil, at which point there was a large damaged area in my yard. The initial offer was $50 and when I inquired why it was less when the damage was more, the person (Monika) was rude in her email back, saying the inhouse adjuster looked at the pictures and the damage was not more than $50 because of the snow cover the grass. This is not true in any sense of the word. That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever been told. I included a picture of the area that was torn up and it was clearly ignored. The offer was upped to $70 and I was told that would be the final offer. I will be getting a quote from a landscaping service if this happens again. I'm certain their estimate will be more than $50 or even $70 to fix it. I was treated rudely in the email correspondence and didn't feel appreciated as an Amazon customer.
Once I finally got transferred to claims people ( went through a horrible Amazon person) the claim went through very easily and quickly

It took quite a few emails but overall the claim was handled well.
I chose somewhat disagree on my overall satisfaction because when you sent me the e-check to my email, it didn't include my last name. Please re-submit check with my full name, because as-is it's not a check that can be deposited.
I am glad I had the proper documentation via images and videos to expedite the claim. And the adjuster handled it efficiently! I wish all interactions were this smooth. Cable companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from you:)
Getting the claim form from ARC was delayed.It took several calls to Amazon Customer Service to get to ARC. Once I received the ARC phone number and provided claim number from Amazon, the process on ARC’s part was swift and efficient.

My adjuster was a bit slow to respond, perhaps because of the holidays, but as soon as I brought it to the team's attention, they stepped up and made sure my claim was processed promptly. I now have my reimbursement and I am grateful.

I am still waiting for e-check. Also, the amount covers replacement only, not instalation. When it happened, the supervisor said a new post would be delivered that day. Never heard back from her, so that is when I made the call. Disappointed that there was no follow through on the day it happened.
