    While making follow up contact was a bit slow that is acceptable given the time of year and volume of delivery claims due to so much shipping. The rep was very clear, professional, and provided direct answers. Thank you.

    The lady I spoke to was fast to help and as she was on the phone, another Amazon driver drove over our grass again and ripped it up. While I was trying to manually fix it, she was holding on the phone and just decided to bump up my claim to a little more to help cover the new sod I’m now getting for that spot too. Now I don’t have to file another claim and I can go get that sod immediately. I hate having to file any claims but I will say you all are fast and patient with us when we’ve had to do so. Thanks for making it painless. Hopefully the drivers just don’t make any more mistakes so we don’t have to come back with a future claim. Thanks though for making this customer service situation a pleasant one.

    I felt the ARC did well. However, I was disappointed with Amazon's procedure and response. This required too much work on my part for an issue created by a driver who drove onto my grass and mangled a laser projector (the fact that the driver saw what happened and decided to speed off was most upsetting). The back and forth emails and having to take pictures and submit a formal claim form was too much work for a $50 laser projector. For claims this small, Amazon should allow ARC to streamline the process for smaller claims like this. Finally, at no point did any Amazon employee (from my initial call to customer service, to the driver, to ARC) did anyone apologize for this.

    The claims web site had functionality issues in Chrome. I was unable to scroll past initial screen and had to tab down to expose the rest of the page. Frustrating.

    The claim representative was very helpful throughout the process. I was a little concerned in the beginning as it seemed that was going to be more timely and confrontational, but once it was established on what the damage was and how it was caused, they were great to work with.

    I appreciate the resolution and am happy with it. However, it sucks that I had to send the photos multiple times for you all to admit you received them. Then, the claim was originally denied until I threatened legal action and asked you to review how many thousands of dollars I've spent. After all that, it was resolved, which is appreciated. Your customer service could improve in this regard. Note that the folks I spoke with were very courteous, but the folks who emailed and denied the claim need a customer service lesson.

    The funds for a Canadian claim were submitted in USD on a cheque from an American bank. This was a bit of a problem which resulted in my having to go to two different banks before I could get the cheque accepted and deposited. In addition, I lost on the exchange rate resulting in a lower payout than the actual claim amount. The other payment options that were offered as alternatives to an e-cheque were unacceptable due to the high fees that would be charged for those respective services (Visa, PayPal etc). In retrospect, I would have been much happier to have been offered a credit on my Amazon account as I am a regular Prime shopper, as it would have been much less trouble for me. Perhaps ARC should consider this as another claim payment option. Thank you. Pat
