Only difficulty was getting through contact with Amazon and then being able to actually pursue our issue with someone who had authority to deal with it. Spent a long time (twice) having to go through an Amazon rep before being put in touch with claims. Once with claims, it was really better than I would have expected - smooth, polite, professional, and fast. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the ARC process, promptness and communications. Completing the forms online via cell phone wasn't the most simple application but it wasn't difficult either.

After an initial claim form that was submitted in May 2021 and never followed up on (even after sending them multiple emails, but not having been provided a phone # to call), I received a phone # from a subsequent submission. After calling this number, the agent was very helpful and promptly resolved the claim. Thank you!
